Lacey Wallace,
M.Ed., LCMHCA, NCC, (she/her) 

Lacey is an experienced counselor dedicated to working with children, teens, young adults, and their parents. Whether it’s navigating familial changes, worry/anxiety, executive functioning and academic challenges, or difficulty regulating emotions, Lacey provides a safe space for growth and healing. She offers evidence-based, practical recommendations to ensure that families experience relief as soon as possible. Like each of the therapists on the Egan Counseling & Consulting team, Lacey has a special interest in supporting families experiencing separation and/or divorce.

Katie Blythe
MSW, LCSWA, CHC (she/her)

Katie is more than a therapist; she’s a compassionate ally for children, adolescents, teens and families. With a wealth of experience, she helps navigate life’s storms as she supports those individuals that are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, difficulty regulating emotions, and low self-esteem.Katie believes that healing isn’t just about the mind—she takes a holistic approach, considering emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Like all of our team members, Katie has a special interest in supporting children, teens, and parents as they navigate separation and/or divorce.

Caitlyn Andersen
M.S., LCMHCA, NCC (she/her)

Caitlyn is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping children, teens and their families find their path to health and well-being. She specializes in familial changes, transitions, anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. Caitlyn has experience working in high levels of care as a PRTF (psychiatric residential treatment facility) therapist and is able to assist clients in regulating intense emotions with a calm approach. Like each of the therapists on the Egan Counseling & Consulting team, Caitlyn has a special interest in supporting families experiencing separation and/or divorce.

Tara Egan
LCMHC, LPC, D.Ed. (she/her)

Dr. Egan is the proud owner of Egan Counseling & Consulting and has dedicated herself to providing mental health support for children, teens, and parents for over 23 years. Although Dr. Egan’s extensive experience has focused on working with children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, temper tantrums, power struggles, defiance, school avoidance, and social skill deficits, her work and Egan Counseling & Consulting have now grown into a practice that is known to assist families through the complexities of separation and divorce.
