Mariah Lowe, LCSW, (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced, compassionate therapist who works with children, adolescents, and parents. Mariah’s clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, self-esteem building, life changes, emotional regulation, social skills and peer relationships, and coping skills. Mariah has worked as a therapist in various settings, including private practice and school settings. Mariah utilizes a combination of therapeutic modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. She creates a safe space that fosters trust and a positive therapeutic relationship so the child can feel comfortable being who they are and sharing their challenges. Mariah is passionate about helping children, teens, and their parents, and she provides tools that can be utilized to better cope with future stressors. She helps the child identify their strengths and how to use those strengths to contribute to their success. Mariah collaborates with the family to provide strategies to support the child, their siblings, and their parents in the home and community. Mariah is passionate about building relationships and creating a positive impact.

Q: What are Mariah's fees?
Mariah’s services are self-pay. Payment can be made via debit, credit, or HSA card. Superbills are available upon request.
Mariah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor's and Masters of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. During Mariah's bachelor's practicum, she gained experience working as a school-based social worker, providing individual counseling services and referral support for families. During Mariah's master's practicum, she gained experience working in the hospital setting with the Orlando Health REACH team. Mariah worked with patients to understand their needs and connect them to the essential resources that they needed and continued to follow up to ensure that services were established and patients' needs were met. Mariah also has experience working with children and adolescents in a residential setting, specifically children with increased emotional dysregulation and children with autism. Since graduating with her master's, Mariah has worked as a school-based social worker and as a therapist in a private practice setting.
