Madison Gabriel

Madison Gabriel, MS, LCMHCA, NCC is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate who offers therapy services to children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, and prefers a collaborative approach that is adapted to the needs of each client. She also has experience using child-centered play therapy (CCPT) and is currently pursuing licensure as a registered play therapist (RPT). She regularly works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, emotional dysregulation, life adjustments, parenting concerns, low self-esteem, women’s issues, strained relationships, and family conflict.

Also of note is Madison's experience with working with individuals who have experienced trauma. She helps survivors increase their awareness of their thoughts and beliefs regarding their traumatic experiences
and supplies them with skills to manage their triggers in a healthy way. For children and teens, she uses trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) which incorporates the family into the therapeutic process and can be used with children as young as three years old.
